AetherGuide is preparing for closed beta testing.
The current focus is simple: build a practical RF planning tool, test it with real users, and improve it based on honest feedback.
Beta status
AetherGuide is not publicly available yet.
Closed beta testing will begin when the app, website, feedback channels, and release process are ready for a controlled group of testers.
Public download links will be added when beta distribution is ready.
Who beta is for
AetherGuide beta testing is intended for practical radio users, including:
- GMRS and FRS users
- amateur radio operators
- hunters and outdoorsmen
- overlanders and campers
- Search and Rescue volunteers
- preparedness-minded families
- event and volunteer communications teams
What beta testers should expect
Beta testers should expect an early product.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is to learn whether AetherGuide is understandable, useful, and trustworthy in real-world planning situations.
Useful feedback includes:
- confusing wording
- unclear recommendations
- unexpected results
- mobile display issues
- saved scenario problems
- feature requests
- real-world radio test outcomes
